I was born and raised here in San Leandro.  I attended Sonoma State University and Cal State Hayward for my B.A. Degree and Teaching credential.  I move to Oregon to attend Pacific University for graduate studies and later moved back to the Bay Area.  I began teaching here in San Lorenzo Unified in 2001 and have taught 2nd through 5th grade at 7 of the 9 elementary schools in our district.  In 2011 I came to Dayton to teach and discovered that Dayton and 5th grade was where I was meant to be!
