If you have tested positive for COVID 19, please inform your Supervisor. Supervisors will email the nurses via ReportCovid19@slzusd.org. From there, appropriate staff members will proceed with their next steps. All employees should continue to complete the Self Assessment Screening form, which is consistently reviewed.
